Second Harvest Foodbank: July 5, 2016
After another night of community service, our WWCW South young men packed 17,850 pounds of food for those in need. Again, it is opportunities such as this that give our participants a reference point of service and specific experiences that they can list on their resume as they enter the workforce.
Thank you for your service young men!

Emotional Learning on Public Speaking: June 29, 2016
Pastor William Green of Tabernacle of Glory, Adjunct Professor at the American Baptist College, and Toastmaster's Lead, spoke to our young men about the importance of not only public speaking, but having something meaningful to be about as a young and rising leader in our Nashville Community.
With positive examples such as Pastor William Green to complement our Why We Can't Wait faculty and staff, we can provide a community of committed and caring adults unified in building up our youth in God's image of servant leadership!
Thank you for your commitment to both our young men, but also to our Nashville Community!

CPR Training: Monday, June 27, 2016
Nashville,
Career Readiness is a core programmatic component of Why We Can't Wait, Inc. As you can see in the images above, our students spent the evening learning how to save a life through gaining their CPR Certification; which as you all know is a great certification to enter the job force having attained.
We are very appreciative of Ms. Lakeshia Thomas, Executive Director of the Starlings Volleyball Program, for spending her valuable time this evening pouring into our students. Your investment is appreciated!
